Specific health questionaires are required to be completed in advance along with medically appropriate lab tests. Once they are received and reviewed in advance by Dr. Neal Wieder, DC, DCBCN, Clinical Nutritionist your appointment is set via TeleHealth or Zoom. Discount lab tests are available through Lab Corp. All fees are paid for in advance by MC, Visa, Amex, or Discover.
