WELCOME TO BEAUTIFUL UPTOWN LAKE PLACID! We invite you to walk through our internationally known historic outdoor art gallery with over 47 beautiful larger-than-life murals. Our visitor's center is open Monday - Friday from 9am - 4:30 pm where you can purchase a mural guide for $4.00 and also enjoy a 10-minute video about the history of the Mural Societ and a behind-the-scenes look at how they are painted.
