My name is Christina "Tina" Verstrate and I have lived in the Orlando area for the greater part of 25 years, where I specialize in helping investors find properties to add to their portfolios, as well as in the unique needs of our military veterans. I have held my real estate license since 2019 and have been investing in real estate for more than a decade. Currently, I hold certifications in RENE, MRP, AHWD, and C2EX, as well as being Gold Key Certified and being one class away from my Professional Housing Provider certification through the National Real Estate Investor Association, with the expectation of completing this certification as soon as this class is made available again.
