The Nature Conservancy's Tiger Creek Preserve

Hurricane Milton UPDATE: The hiking trails at Tiger Creek Preserve are now open. Due to high water levels, some trails may be flooded. Please use caution when hiking. The Preserve is open daily from Sunrise to Sunset. Tiger Creek is a high-quality blackwater seepage stream. The trails feature various Florida habitats- hardwood swamps and hammocks, scrubby and pine flatwoods and sandhills. You may see swallow-tail kites, bald eagles and gopher tortoises, plus many endangered plants.
