The Body Factory is a 24hour 7 day a week Family Oriented Fitness Center. Offering over 10,000 sq-ft of Friendly Inviting and authentically innovating workout experience. We offer something for every workout enthusiast . An extensive Free Weight section including Hammer-strength,Dumbbells up to 150lb & Thompson Fat Pad Bench. Crossfitters we have numerous jump-boxes, Concept 2 Rower, Indoor 360 Tire Flip 80 and 130 lb and of course Battle Ropes. And for the Body Weight or Aerobic workouts we offer The On Demand System with over 300 workouts from Px90, Spinn Class, Kick Boxing, Yoga,Step Aerobics, Zumba and much more.
