The Accolade Collegiate Village West

Ideally located on University Blvd., The Accolade Collegiate Village West will offer new student housing just one block from UCF. Slated to create a pedestrian friendly community with outdoor seating, walkways and green spaces, The Accolade will include student residential complexes book-ending a large scale entertainment and retail venue including a grocer, food hall and event districts.
