From 2012 through 2021, Sonny was Team Leader for The Hotchkiss Group brokered by Keller Williams Realty, headquartered in vibrant downtown St. Petersburg, FL. As owner of one of the first real estate "teams", he sold in excess of 360 properties for a total volume over 125 million. Sonny gave back to the Tampa Bay community both time and monies.
