Solterra Resort

Solterra is a gated resort style community in Central Florida near Disney and all the Orlando area attractions. It has its own world class recreation center featuring a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, water slide, Cafe Sol poolside restaurant and a lazy river. Open daily to residents and their registered guests. Vacation homes, each with its own pool, are offered for rent by their owners or property management companies. The HOA manages this page to provide information on the community. No property rentals are handled or available on the page and renters with questions about properties should contact owners or their agents directly. Solterra Springs is a separate gated neighborhood with primary residences with no short-term rentals.
