Established in 2002! I was born in the big city of Ocala and raised in the small town of Salt Springs. Small town girl with big dreams of owning my own business one day and here I am killing it almost 2 decades in. I’ve worked for sports doctors and on professional athletes. I’ve worked with general practitioners and on the elderly and children as well. I’m trained in many types of massage but my specialty is deep tissue/neuromuscular work. I enjoy working with people in pain and seeing the improvements my hands and training can make in their lives! Such a rewarding profession and I’m blessed to be still thriving in my practice.
