Patrick's passion for real estate was ignited early on, helping his mother, who is also a real estate professional. In middle school, he delivered flyers to neighborhoods on his roller blades, and in high school, he assisted with data input. After graduating, Patrick worked full-time with his mother, gaining valuable experience in marketing, photography, and courier services. In 2007, Patrick obtained his real estate license and has been practicing full-time ever since. He has developed extensive expertise in residential, luxury, short sales, and REO properties. Patrick has successfully sold homes from New Smyrna Beach all the way to Davenport, showcasing his broad knowledge of the Central Florida market.
