Orlando Metropolitan Ballet Academy

Orlando Metropolitan Ballet Academy is a non profit organization that provides quality classical ballet education to everybody looking for one. OrlandoMet uses American Ballet Theatre® National Training Curriculum as core training reference. The academy offers a Regular Academic Program (RAP) and a Pre-Professional Academic Program (PAP) both of them, at the speed students decide, provides the knowledge and training to become a professional dancer. Our syllabi include: ballet technique, body conditioning (stretching, pilates, etc), points, repertoire, variations, vocabulary, french, music theory, theatrical acting, among others.
