Orange County Tax Collector Scott Randolph - Sand Lake Office

Scott Randolph was elected Orange County Tax Collector in November 2012. The Orange County Tax Collector’s Office serves thousands of customers each day at seven locations across Orange County. The Tax Collector collects and distributes property and business tax revenues, and administers all motor vehicle services in Orange County, including the issuance of driver licenses, State IDs, tag and title, and hunting and fishing licenses.
