Nostalgia Family Medicine & Wellness Center is a direct primary care (DPC) medical doctor's office. Our concierge medicine approach allows patients to have flexibility in choosing their medical provider. Health insurance is not required. Patients pay a monthly membership fee or retainer fee for office visits, tele-medicine consultations and home care visits. We are a state licensed medical marijuana provider for pain management. Those seeking medical marijuana treatment must be pre-approved by the state of Florida . Our direct primary care physicians will conduct a health evaluation screening to determine if a candidate meets the criteria to apply for their medical marijuana card.
