Nathan DeAngelis, DO, is a fellowship-trained surgeon with advanced skills in minimally invasive techniques and substantial experience in robotic-assisted surgical procedures. His small-town upbringing in western Pennsylvania instilled in him a strong understanding of the importance of family and community, and is a central tenet of his philosophy of patient care. An honors graduate of St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, he earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing his residency training at Midwestern University/Chicago College of Medicine, he elected to pursue advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery at Johns Hopkins-affiliated hospitals in Baltimore.
