I use the NASA inspired technology called Play Attention to increase executive function, which is the conductor or comptroller in the brain. It is responsible for memory, filtering distractions, paying attention, prioritizing tasks, controlling impulses, and executing and managing anxiety and stress. I teach students how to organize, plan for tests/assignments, prioritize and manage time, maintain focus, access recall of important information, and study more effectively. Similarly, I teach adults to process daily demands, increase focus and memory, and strengthen eye-hand coordination. Adults find that they do better in playing sports and/or games. They start and finish tasks more quickly. They remember names, addresses, and dates.
