Millennium Palms Condominiums

Millennium Palms is a 240 unit condominium complex, consisting of one, two, and three bedroom units. It is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and the Mall of Millenia, as well as I-4, the Turnpike, and the 408. Each unit is individually owned and there is no rental office on-site. The on-site office is there to assist current residents and owners with gate, mailbox, and other issues concerning the common property. They do not assist with the management of individual rental units.
