Marcia K. Lippincott, P.A.

Marcia (Marcy) K. Lippincott provides personal appellate representation to individuals, companies and governmental entities statewide. She will work with your trial attorney or alone, to be "Your Appellate Partner." She has held the Florida Bar designation "appellate expert" since the 1994 inception of that board certification, and has also received the Martindale-Hubbel's elite "Av" rating for excellence in legal ability, conduct, ethics, reliability and diligence since 1988. Ms. Lippincott has appeared before five District Courts of Appeal, and looks forward to appearing before the newly created Sixth District. She has also appeared before the Florida Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals of the Eleventh Circuit.
