LaReesa Ferdinand, M.D.

LaReesa Ferdinand, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She went on to complete medical school at Lousiana State University in Shreveport. Her residency program was completed at the University of Florida Health Sciences Center, a division of Shands Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Ferdinand received her board certification in 2009. She practiced in the Central Florida area and joined Heart of Florida OB/GYN in September 2011. In addition, Dr. Ferdinand is an Associate Professor at the University of Central Florida School of Medicine. She is married with one child.
