Lakeland Xpress Athletics is a cheerleading and tumbling facility. We believe everyone has the ability to become an all-star athlete. Lakeland Xpress takes pride in teaching teamwork, sportsmanship, self-esteem principles, and building confidence in your children in a safe, motivating and X-citing atmosphere. Our mission is to provide a positive constructive atmosphere to educate and mentor youth athletes while teaching cheerleading and tumbling at a competitive cost.
