The Lake Alfred Packinghouse Self-Storage Facility is a local family owned and operated facility. Our units are competitively priced and when you sign our contract, we will not raise the price of your unit for one year and, if possible, we will hold the price longer. Originally built in 1921 the Lake Alfred Packing House was a citrus packing plant. This building has stood the test of time for over 100 years and has been renovated into an indoor self-storage facility with multiple sized units available. Located in the center of this well lighted city, we are a secure facility close to the police and fire department.
