Joy Farenden

Joy Farenden has been a Real Estate Sales Consultant for over 29 years, starting her career marketing and selling homes in the wonderful sailing community of Marblehead, just north of Boston. Joy relocated to the Palm Springs area in 2006, where she sold many homes throughout the Valley. Joy has now moved to the fun and active community of The Villages in Florida and has started to work with ReMax Premier Realty. Joy continues to deliver outstanding service to her clients in The Villages and surrounding areas. She is also certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, working with the elderly and their family members to provide move options.
