Based in Winter Park, FL, Ivie Lane was formed in 2015 and is a family-owned partnership focused on the acquisition and operation of mobile home communities and RV parks in Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Specializing in 55+ and active family communities, we ensure that each of our properties cultivate a sense of community. We value long-term relationships and strive to develop trust with all parties throughout the acquisition process. This means giving our tenants the tools they need, while expanding cautiously and optimistically to grow with our investors.
