Dr. Shainna is a mental health counselor, educator, and advocate who is passionate about empowering others to cultivate mental wellness. In counseling, she primarily helps clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or identity concerns. She utilizes a strengths-based integrated approach to meet the unique needs of each person. Beyond counseling, Dr. Shainna offers educational, professional speaking, and advocacy. She has authored a number of books including The Self Love Workbook series and Designing Healthy Boundaries. Dr. Shainna was honored with UCF's Noble Knight award for her efforts in mental wellness.
