Dr. Igor Areinamo is a board-certified and fellowship-trained pediatric cardiovascular intensive care physician at The Heart Center at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in downtown Orlando. He specializes in treating heart conditions in children and has experience in single ventricle management, circulatory mechanical support and acquired heart disease. Dr. Areinamo received his medical training from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in Saint Kitts and Nevis. He was the chief resident during the final year of his pediatric residency at the Medical Center of Central Georgia. He then completed a pediatric cardiology fellowship at the University of Utah and a pediatric critical care fellowship in Missouri.
