Includes creative content development, theming, show and set design, costuming, chorography, video, music, fabrication, show props, and talent management. We develop and oversee daily operations to include casting, staffing, safety inspections, compliance and maintenance. Manages internal and external communication with marketing and sales teams for programs that drive gate attendance, increase revenue in surrounding venues and add to overall daily value of guests.
