Fuel Injector Cleaning

This isn't your Mom and Pop Shop's Injector Service: When you send us your injectors a Coil Test is done on each fuel injector to verify functionality. Next we perform a Flow Test to for performance. The spray pattern is analyzed and flow rate is recorded at multiple RPMs. We next perform a leak test to make certain the injector can hold pressure. Then the filters are removed and the fuel injector is ultrasonically cleaned in a heated bath that sweeps 31-42kHz frequency while firing the injector at various RPMs. The fuel injector is then back flushed to ensure any contaminants loosened up during the ultrasonic cleaning are removed. We then replace any necessary o-rings and filters before testing them for improved flow and performance.
