FP Impulse is an innovative personal training studio located within the Rosen Aquatic & Fitness Center in Orlando. Founded in 2021 by Brazilian trainer Felipe Picanco, the studio specializes in muscle rebalancing and high-performance training. It utilizes advanced technologies like Wiems Pro electrostimulators and the Oxefit platform, blending strength training, cardio, and Digital Pilates. FP Impulse also offers dynamic group classes, like the Fitness Challenge, which focuses on vigorous group workouts. Additionally, there's an online app providing personalized training programs, dietary advice, and continuous monitoring.
