Elementum jiu jitsu is a premiere training facility well located close by the heart of Winter Park, Florida. With aprox 3700 sqft facility, 1600 sqft mat in addition to a guest lounge area for parents and kids, pro-shop, locker rooms and separate mens/womens restrooms. Our goal is to offer a positive environment where we can simply share knowledge & passion for the Art to positively influence student’s' lives, helping them to reach their potential in a safe & good environment. We offer brazilian jiu jitsu & self defense and no gi grappling classes for kids and adults, also fitness classes (body weight training) and circuit training.
