Dance Divine School of Ballet

Dance Divine School of Ballet is a Christian ballet school with the express purpose of praising the Lord using the art of classical ballet. Our inspiration comes from Psalm 149:3 which exhorts us, "Let us praise His name with dancing." Dance Divine was founded in 1982 by Ana Jacobs in order to train classical dancers for this purpose. Each year, original ballets based on Bible stories, are choreographed, and showcased at our annual performances. These presentations use dance, drama, beautiful costumes and sets, and stunning lighting effects to bring the Bible to life in a unique uplifting of praise to our Savior. We currently train dancers from age 4 to a pre-professional level.
