CrossFit High Octane

High Octane is a CrossFit Gym, Boot Camp and Nutrition Guides that services clients in the Apopka area. We are comment to effective, safe, fun exercise for all ages and abilities. If you are in need of a position change in your life, both physically & mentally, we are your gym. Our CrossFit classes will challenge you both physically and mentally while making friends in our beloved community. While our BodyFit & Boot Camp Classes will get you started on the right path of exercise and nutrition. Our BodyFit Classes consist of mostly body weight/KB/DB movements. Our Boot Camp iis also mostly body weigh/KB/DB movements, but are geared toward new to fitness and needed nutrition guidance.
