Christopher Weiss is a Board Certified Construction lawyer. He handles all types of construction matters, such as litigating, arbitrating and mediating construction defect cases; cases involving breach of contract, design and construction defect issues. We offer mediation, litigation and arbitration options to help minimize risk. We handle OSHA claims involving accidents, fines, ADA matters, etc. He routinely acts as a mediator or arbitrator. He provides litigation services if compromise is unreachable. He has tried and arbitrated multiple cases involving structural defects, especially water intrusion issues, stucco, roofs, windows as well as direct and consequential damages flowing therefrom.
