Owners are a husband (Chef/Pizzamaker) and wife, native New Yorkers, and not new to the pizza culture, living it UP in Lake County, FL, raising their 5 children and producing flavors learned from Italian and European culinary gourmet Chefs and trained UP in the pizza life they credit to true pizzaiola’s and mentors from Brooklyn and Queens.
