Central Florida Systema school

Dr. David Orman is the founder and Chief Instructor of the Russian Martial Arts school called Central FL Systema. It is the only one of its kind in this area. David is a Certified Senior Instructor under the co-founder, Vladimir Vasiliev. We offer classes on Monday night which feature kick and punch defense, knife defense, creative breathing and overall wellness methods, as well as energy work. A person will not only learn some of the best self-protection methods known, they will also improve their health, emotional "fitness" and overall approach to life using Systema principles.
