Central Florida Health Care, Inc. is a federally qualified health center and a primary care medical home with a focus on the delivery of quality, accessible primary healthcare that is culturally sensitive, affordable, and responsive to the community's needs. We serve everybody in the community: the insured, uninsured, underinsured, and migrants. We strive to promote health, work to prevent disease, and provide treatment through a partnership with our patients. Our services include pharmacy, behavioral health, adult, pediatric, and dental care.
