This very special and personable mother-daughter business actually began 48 years ago in a spare room in the home of Bilma Rubio. An exceptional seamstress, Bilma began executing window treatments and other projects on a small scale for friends and neighbors. As her word-of-mouth reputation grew for stunning sewing and handwork, so did her business. Today Bilma’s Interiors is run by her daughter Vivian Oviedo and commands an enviable reputation with a broad range of patrons, including celebrities, noted athletes and European clientele.
