AFI has specialized in developing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs, tailored to fit the needs of each individual customer. Daily operational requirements are managed by AFI, allowing customer’s more available time to devote to their core competencies. We truly set up VMI programs – not customer managed programs!
