At “All Things Done” Property Management & Care, we treat your home as if it is ours with all the personal touches you would provide for your home. There are no jobs too small for your property that we will undermine. Our services range from physical inspection of all interior and exterior portions of your home. All plumbing and electrical utilities will be regular assessed for workability. All landscaping care are provided at an additional cost and/or as needed.The packages are as follows; *Empty/Vacant Home $200/Month *Short Term Rental $200/Month + $175 cleaning fee after each rental *Long Term Rental $150/Month.
