Acumen Clinical Services provides primary care, non-trauma urgent care and rehabilitation services, servicing Geriatric, Pediatric and Adults. Our clinic is located in Umatilla, FL but we serve many rural areas surrounding us as well as Eustis / Tavares / Mt Dora / Leesburg / Lady Lake / and The Villages. On-site medical personnel include medical doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and aids / techs. On-site rehabilitation personnel include doctors of physical, occupational therapy and speech language pathology, along with their aids.
