We are a Mental Health Targeted Case Management Agency located in Winter Park, Florida and have been providing services since 2016. We service Orange, Volusia, Seminole, Brevard and Osceola Counties. We offer Mental Health Targeted Case Management service to adults and children who suffer from most forms of depression or mental disabilities. We follow a systematic approach to linking clients to community resources through advocating on their behalf thus helping them reach their full potential. We simultaneously incorporate skills in living their life with independence.
