Abhijit Deshmukh, MD

Dr. Abhijit Deshmukh is a board-certified radiation oncologist with the Orlando Health Cancer Institute in Clermont. He has more than 25 years of experience and specializes in treating lung, gastrointestinal and skin cancers. Dr. Deshmukh provides radiation therapy planning and delivery, management of side effects from radiation therapy, coordination of multidisciplinary cancer care and follow-up monitoring. He earned a bachelor's in biochemistry from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and received his medical degree at Cornell University in New York City. Dr. Deshmukh completed a residency in radiation oncology at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California.
